An uncluttered three-stage board separates tasks from project filters. Counts derive from actual sample task state rather than fictional business performance.
Finished deliverables
Responsive app UI, seeded sample tasks, search, project filtering, create-task form, detail modal, status changes, derived counts and reset.
Scope & limits
Frontend prototype only. No login, roles, database, synchronization, client confidentiality controls or production app deployment. Production capability requires a separately validated scope.
