This notice describes the MyCraft International website and its project inquiry service. Contact mycraftintl@gmail.com for questions or to request deletion of an inquiry.

What you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional business or website name, service interest and project outline, with your consent to use those details to respond. Do not include passwords, bank information or confidential client material.

How inquiries are handled

Submissions are saved in a Cloudflare D1 database provided through Sites and accessible through the protected owner dashboard. The form does not automatically email your inquiry. The owner may use the email address you provided to discuss your request. Sending an inquiry does not book or pay for a project.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records older than 90 days are removed when the service processes the next accepted submission. The owner can also delete a record sooner. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us; we may ask for enough information to verify the request.

Security and abuse prevention

We use validation, origin checks, signed form tokens, request limits and server-side owner access checks. Abuse controls temporarily store a hashed network identifier and request count. The raw network address is not stored by our inquiry code. Expired limit records are removed during subsequent inquiry processing.

Hosting, accounts and external links

Sites and its hosting infrastructure process network requests and may retain operational logs under their policies. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT; the website has no visitor account or newsletter. Links to Facebook, Instagram and email open separate services governed by their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising pixels, analytics or visitor tracking cookies. Fonts and portfolio assets are served with the site. Owner sign-in may use platform authentication cookies. The portfolio PDF can be downloaded.
